Senior HubSpot Administrator
Inductive Automation
• Designing, building, and maintaining a scalable HubSpot architecture (custom objects, workflows, automations, and data models) capable of supporting rapid organizational growth • Leading the integration of HubSpot with other platforms in the Sales stack, ensuring seamless data flow across the entire customer journey and utilizing advanced scripting (e.g., APIs, JSON, HubL) where necessary • Developing custom UI extensions (using tools like React, JSON, or HubL) to enhance the user interface and extend native CRM functionality beyond out-of-the-box limitations • Continuously auditing system performance, eliminating inefficiencies, and optimizing automation to drive sales and marketing alignment • Monitoring API usage limits, query latency, and integration health, performing root cause analysis on sync errors to ensure high availability and system reliability • Automating manual processes across sales and marketing to increase speed, consistency, and accuracy, moving beyond ad-hoc fixes to reusable, version-controlled system components • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve pipeline management and campaign effectiveness • Maintaining clean, reliable data across all connected systems by implementing governance processes and automated data quality frameworks to protect system integrity • Developing advanced reporting and dashboarding to deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and optimize decision-making • Monitoring and evaluating HubSpot updates and new features, developing an adoption roadmap that positions the organization at the forefront of marketing automation innovation • Managing operational support by triaging and resolving technical issues raised in internal channels, functioning as the primary escalation point for CRM infrastructure outages
Job Requirements
- Required: ***
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing)
- 4-7 years of professional experience in CRM management, with demonstrated experience in system architecture and data modeling
- Advanced HubSpot certifications (including HubSpot Admin Bootcamp and Operations Hub Software) with a demonstrated ability to design scalable, automated systems
- Expert-level understanding of HubSpot automation, integrations, and reporting
- Experience with API integrations and scripting languages (e.g., AWS, Python, JavaScript/HubL) for data analysis and automation
- Proven ability to design and build robust data models that support business intelligence and analytics use cases
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Preferred:***
- Proven experience managing CRM systems during periods of rapid organizational growth.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or external databases (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
- Creative problem solver who can balance strategy with hands-on execution

• Responsible for the end-to-end management, organization, maintenance, and optimization of NEONet • Ensure all learning materials, operational resources, policies, job aids, and multimedia assets are accurate, accessible, searchable, and aligned with NEO’s standards • Partner closely with Operations, Production, and other NEO Support Teams • Manage full administration of NEONet/Confluence including user management, page permissions, space organization, macros, templates, labels, and navigation • Develop and maintain page templates, navigation structures, house styles, and visual standards • Periodically review the Better Confluence pages to identify content that can be repurposed • Manage all NEO training materials and assets including playbooks, policies, job aids, checklists, demos, and more • Conduct quarterly audits to determine which assets are approaching review date and ensure compliance • Perform ongoing gap analysis between NEONet and the Better Confluence platform
• Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan modules and dashboards using DISCO and LID methodologies. • Manage the "IT" side of the house, including Workspace memory, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) synchronization, and security (Roles/Selective Access). • Own the data flow between Anaplan and upstream systems (ERP/Snowflake) using Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, or APIs. • Implement and tune Anaplan PlanIQ and Optimizer to move the business from manual data entry to predictive, ML-based forecasting. • Act as a techno-functional consultant for Finance and Operations, translating "business talk" into robust technical requirements.
