Account Executive
EdSights
• Partner with the VP of Sales to target, map, and execute prospecting strategies within your territory • Drive daily outbound activity via phone, email, and social to book introductory meetings • Lead prospect presentations and manage opportunities from first contact through close • Build, manage, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline • Travel 1–3 times per quarter for tradeshows and on-site meetings • Act as a trusted advisor, bringing industry insight and clearly articulating the value EdSights provides
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a closing role
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and consistency in a results-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact in education
- Experience in or selling into the higher education market (Nice to Haves)
- Experience managing sales cycles of 3+ months (Nice to Haves)
