Growth Coordinator

SMU Business Intelligence and Analytics

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day execution of multiple partner accounts • Deliver exceptional client experience while supporting client success needs • Conduct research to support partnership strategy and engagement • Support report development for account managers • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other customer engagement activities • Execute other administrative activities that may be needed to deliver an exceptional partner experience
