• Obsessively improve the partner experience: Identify and erase friction points across the client journey for our strategic partners. You’ll be an expert in the client experience across our strategic partnerships and teams will turn to you as an expert for ways we can continually move toward an improved care journey. • Execute on targets through driving conversion, client growth, and revenue across strategic partners: Serve as a cheerleader and owner of partner growth, hitting topline growth and conversion targets through being a “doer” yourself while also collaborating with other stakeholders. Uncover and drive high-impact, data-driven growth opportunities by blending performance and funnel metrics, partner feedback, and sound judgment. • Operationalize our partnerships so they’re ready to scale: Enable internal leadership & external partners to understand partnership health and measure success at a glance through developing dashboards and repeatable reporting processes. Institutionalize nascent processes to build a scalable foundation for rapid partner growth. • Be a connector: Build and nurture relationships across partners to uncover new conversion and growth opportunities. Partnership Development Manager – Health Systems

• Own the full referral partnership development process with medium to large health systems, from prospecting through referral readiness and initial referral activation • Build and execute thoughtful, research driven outreach plans tailored to reach health system and market • Lead discovery conversations focused on understanding referral workflows, care gaps, decision criteria, and operational readiness • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders through activation • Maintain accurate CRM records and partner status updates • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross functional partners • Research and prioritize health system targets using Definitive Healthcare and similar tools • Analyze referral potential and market dynamics to guide targeting and messaging • Share insights with sales leadership to inform partnership strategy • Track outreach and referral performance and recommend adjustments as needed • Support business development initiatives led by senior sales leaders
B2B Growth Marketing Manager

• Execute full-funnel B2B marketing programs that drive qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement across health systems, payors, Veterans Affairs (VA), and enterprise partners. • Deliver multi-channel programs across email, paid media, webinars, events, and nurture, with accountability for launch quality, performance, and follow-through. • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting clean handoffs to Sales and visibility into MQLs, pipeline influence, and conversion rates. • Use performance insights to refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix, improving campaign ROI and funnel efficiency over time. • Support 1:1 and 1:few ABM initiatives for high-priority accounts by contributing to account-specific messaging, content, and coordinated outreach. • Help track engagement and surface insights that inform future personalization and targeting. • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and enterprise teams to support referral-to-care conversion. • Monitor the referral journey, identify friction points, and help implement data-informed improvements that increase activation and yield. • Support testing and iteration across referral touchpoints to reduce drop-off and improve outcomes. • Develop and maintain sales enablement and partner-facing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, nurture templates, and thought leadership. • Adapt content to support different partner audiences and moments in the funnel. • Ensure materials are easy to use, up to date, and aligned with SonderMind’s positioning and value proposition. • Manage calendar and execution of industry conferences, webinars, roundtables, and co-marketing initiatives. • Coordinate lead capture, post-event follow-up, and performance reporting to ensure events contribute to pipeline and partner engagement.
