Solventum

• Leading knowledge management programmes, including training development, documentation, and knowledge base governance across HIS International. • Implementing structured onboarding, localisation, and compliance processes aligned with QMS and ISO standards. • Supporting partner onboarding, enablement, and coordination to ensure readiness and alignment to programme expectations. • Determining improvements through tracking training completion, feedback, and performance metrics. • Supporting partner governance, relationship management, and continuous improvement across regional engagements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, HR, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in project management, training, knowledge management, partner management, or programme coordination.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND equivalent experience in project management, training, knowledge management, partner management, or programme coordination.
  • Experience managing structured documentation, SOPs, training content, and knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence).
  • Experience coordinating partner onboarding, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
