Role Description As a Founder Associate focused on success and operations, you'll work side by side with our Head of Customer Success and founders to help our customers adopt AI across their Sales organisations. This is a launchpad role: you'll start by supporting the team and quickly grow into owning your own customer relationships as you build expertise. - Your mission is to help customers reach value fast, adopt the product deeply, and stay and grow with Weflow. - You'll get hands-on exposure to onboarding, enablement, renewals, and expansion, and learn to advise Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Leadership teams along the way. - Develop into a Weflow product expert, learning how Salesforce implementation and AI capabilities connect to customer revenue goals. - Build relationships with customers by understanding their RevOps stack, challenges, and objectives, and help ensure Weflow drives real outcomes. - Support customers in optimising their Weflow AI setup as their Sales and RevOps priorities evolve. - Help spot expansion opportunities and grow adoption into new teams and revenue functions. - Contribute to onboarding, balancing RevOps priorities with Salesforce technical requirements. - Work toward adoption and retention goals through a proactive, data-driven approach. - Manage support tickets and help maintain a feedback loop with Product and Engineering. - Partner with the Head of Customer Success to build the playbooks, processes, and systems that scale the team. - Tech stack they'll need to get comfortable with fast (Salesforce, Weflow, Intercom, Make, Amplitude, Notion at minimum). Qualifications - Strong communication skills and genuine comfort talking to senior stakeholders. - Real curiosity about AI and a drive to use it to make your own work better. - An analytical, data-driven mindset and the instinct to turn insight into action. - A collaborative, customer-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves. - Interest in Salesforce, RevOps, or sales technology. Hands-on exposure is a plus, not a requirement. - Recent graduate or early-career, eager to learn fast in a high-growth environment. - Fluency in English is required. Benefits - Competitive compensation, including performance-based incentives and equity. - Direct mentorship from experienced CS and Op leaders, and the founders themselves. - A fast career trajectory in a high-growth startup, with real ownership early. - A high-impact role in a customer- and velocity-driven culture. - Flexible PTO. - Regular in-person offsites in great locations (e.g. Berlin, Athens, Lisbon, Barcelona). - A world-class team and top-tier remote culture. - This role will give you great internal and external exposure to best-in-class businesses at the forefront of modern AI-driven revenue platforms.
