Finance Systems Administrator – Project Manager

• Coordinates finance system implementations alongside finance and IT resources, acting as a project manager • Facilitates end user technical support either independently or with external support resources • Coordinates with CargoScience software development team if any development is required • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates • Works with IT and Finance teams to ensure system documentation and training exists • Participates in, or manages, systems configuration and QA testing • Engages business units to improve and enhance existing systems and processes • Collaborates with IT and Finance teams to scope out new projects • Provides research assistance for new system integration or interface specifications • Technically manages system integrations and interfaces • Ensures all project deliverables are met and gets final business unit sign-off • Assists in the development of business test cases and documents testing procedures • Provides follow up and collects business feedback on provided solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Finance with 3 years of related experience or appropriate combination of education and experience
- Experience as a technology leader designing, building, and deploying enterprise solutions for enterprise finance systems
- Proficient with a range of general and specialized applications and software.
- Knowledge of ERP concepts and implementation in a global organization.
- Experience implementing and/or administrating NetSuite required.
- Experience implementing and/or administrating systems like ADP, Deel, an HRIS system (DarwinBox preferred), and a T&E system (Brex preferred) a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within finance systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to create training materials and conduct live training sessions during implementation phases and continued support of systems
- Experience in technical training or customer support is a plus
