The AI workspace that works while you sleep.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 501-1,000Since 2016

Who We AreNotion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About The RoleWe’re looking for a Country Manager to be the single-threaded owner of establishing and growing Notion’s presence in Taiwan. This is a market-building leadership role. You will create initial market momentum, convert early demand into lighthouse customer wins, and install a repeatable operating system that scales. Think of it as building a startup within Notion: you will own Notion's mission delivery and revenue maximization in-country — leading the Sales team while partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other cross-functional teams to maximize impact. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy in local decision-making, while staying tightly aligned with global and regional strategy. You'll report to the APAC GM. What You’ll Achieve - You will own all revenue of the Taiwan business - Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to drive pipeline and revenue - Deeply understand existing and prospective Notion users in-market — their workflows, use cases, and unmet needs — and translate those insights into a market strategy - Build momentum in the local ecosystem through community, startups, and strategic partnerships - Establish Notion’s brand presence in-market and represent Notion as the public face across press, events, and executive conversations - Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes with Notion - Actively seek opportunities to engage, promote, and grow Notion’s presence across the region Who We’re Looking For - Mission-driven founder energy: You are inspired by Notion's mission to help people build beautiful tools for their life's work, and you bring a founder-like commitment to growing the business. You've built 0→1 in a market or segment, thrive in ambiguity, and have high agency. Hands-on — running events, quarterbacking deals, writing the playbook - Technical and AI fluency: Credible demoing Notion + AI Agents, and discussing integrations and workflows with technical audiences - Locally embedded: You have a deep network in Taiwan (startup, VC, community, media) - Ecosystem builder: You build partner loops and repeatable programs, not one-off events - Public face: Comfortable with press, podcasts, conferences, and founder/CxO conversations. Credible with startup founders and enterprise executives alike - Strong GTM collaboration: You make the ecosystem motion measurable through routes, follow-ups, and handoffs to regional teams - Sales leadership: Proven ability to build and lead a strong sales team that consistently delivers revenue results - Data-driven operator: You bring a data-driven mindset to planning, goal-setting, and tracking progress. You know how to build and run a scorecard, analyze performance, and make clear investment recommendations What You Will Need to Bring - 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong track record in sales, business development, or market-building roles, including 3+ years in a people management role - Experience working in and managing Taiwan markets, ideally across startup, mid-market, and enterprise segments - Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage operation - Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth - Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus Nice to Haves - Experience at a high-growth SaaS/AI company operating in Southeast Asia - Native or fluent Mandarin and English or other regional language skills - Experience selling or evangelizing productivity, collaboration, or developer tools - Track record of building and scaling community-led or product-led growth motions - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy. #LI-Onsite A Note on AIYou don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & AccommodationsWe hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
