We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead this mission, ensuring our implementation process is strategic, efficient, and oriented towards delivering real value. Your mission is to be the cornerstone of project governance and strategic success. As the primary lead for client relationships and expectation management, you will act as the leader who orchestrates both internal and external teams. Qualifications - Experience: 3–5+ years managing complex SaaS implementations. Proven success leading relationships with challenging clients and managing global accounts with multiple stakeholders. - Education: Preferably a degree in Project Management or solid equivalent experience in software project management. - Languages: Professional fluency in the required languages (Spanish, English, and Portuguese). Additional languages are a competitive advantage for our global growth. - International Reach: Flexibility to travel and adaptability to operate successfully in multicultural environments. - Business & Value Vision: Ability to translate the client's macro objectives into a solid project plan oriented toward Orquest’s ROI. - Governance & Methodology: Rigor in management methodologies to guarantee total control over project scope, timing, and quality. - Strategic Communication & Negotiation: Skill in managing high-level stakeholders, adapting the message, and negotiating boundaries with solid foundations. - Crisis Management & Resilience: Ability to maintain control and project calm under pressure, making data-driven decisions. - Excellence & Ownership: A maximum sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to results and client satisfaction. Benefits - A key role in a fast-growing international SaaS company - A diverse, global team and collaborative culture - Real ownership and autonomy to drive impact - Comprehensive Medical Insurance - OpenUp platform for your mental well-being - Language classes to keep you growing - A flexible work model
