HubSpot
• Support event production and management by assisting with INBOUND, Partner Day logistics, and other Global Events logistics • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for attendee inquiries • Assist with day-to-day attendee and HubSpotter communication • Maintain and improve event support documentation • Organize, archive, and distribute post-event media assets • Assist with event logistics such as schedules, run-of-show documents, and production timelines • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations • Help manage event documentation, trackers, and post-event recaps • Contribute to on-the-day event support to ensure a seamless attendee experience
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an education program
- Able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour/week co-op from July to October 2026
- Previous experience supporting events, marketing programs, or large projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in event production and event/meeting planning and production
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace or similar)
- Ability to travel to Boston for INBOUND support in September
