Job Description

Product Manager

Nucleus Security

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform and associated functionality, including custom analytics functionality and other frontend customization features. • Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends • Define and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products.

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in product management for a technology company
  • Ownership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused products
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills
  • Comfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zones
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks
  • Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Experience in development of products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware is highly preferred
  • Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity
  • Experience with products integrating native generative AI functionality (natural language search, agentic automated workflows, etc.)
  • Experience shipping products within the context of a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLC
