Job Description

Regional Product Manager – Polyolefins

RESINEX

• Develop and manage the product management of our suppliers and leading polyolefin manufacturers in the DACH region • Collaborate with European Product Management to implement market and product strategies • Support our sales teams in the designated product and application areas • Act as the point of contact for strategically important customers in the region • Help identify growth opportunities and ensure a strong commercial presence • Provide initial technical advice to sales teams and customers on product selection, market and application • Communicate success stories and product benefits within the region • Assist with commercial planning and budgeting • Monitor the performance of assigned product groups and ensure targets are met • Provide market intelligence that can influence budget planning and sales activities • Serve as the interface between regional sales teams and suppliers • Translate product strategies into concrete regional action plans • Coordinate regionally on pricing, product availability and customer requirements (where feasible) • Prepare accurate sales (demand) forecasts to support supply chain planning and ensure product availability • Contribute to demand planning and risk-management strategies • Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment of objectives • Coach and develop team members to strengthen knowledge and performance

Job Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in business administration, engineering, chemistry or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial or technical product roles (including technical activities)
  • Ability to influence and deliver results across functions and countries
  • Strong, clear communication and problem-solving skills, with solid data-analysis capabilities
  • Ability to manage complex and conflicting priorities; results-oriented and responsive
  • Hands-on mentality and a strong service/customer orientation
  • Fluent German and English
  • Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and to European meetings (up to 50%)
