Om rollen Som jurist hos oss ansvarar du för din egen klientportfölj, med fokus på styrelsearbete i svenska bolag, när utländska koncerner vill etablera sig i Sverige. Du kommer att tillsammans med dina kollegor koordinera och leda den formella delen av klienternas lokala verksamhet som kan innebära allt från upprättande av klientbolagens handlingar till övergripande styrelsearbete. Som jurist hos oss blir man expert på bolagsadministration och kan ena dagen arbeta med upprättande och granskning av protokoll och diverse bolagshandlingar, nästa dag verkställa utdelningar, fusioner eller kapitaltillskott och veckan efter delta i styrelsemöten. Du kommer dessutom vara med och utveckla såväl som sälja nya tjänster till både befintliga och nya klienter. Du jobbar tätt med advokater, revisorer och skatterådgivare från alla världens hörn där rådgivarna tillhandahåller den legala rådgivningen och du implementerar och administrerar det som behövs för den löpande förvaltningen av bolaget. Du har ett intresse för projektledning och beskriver dig själv som noggrann, lösningsorienterad och tycker om att samarbeta med ditt team samtidigt som du är självgående när det behövs. Du har även; - Ungefär 5 års erfarenhet av arbete som jurist - Erfarenhet inom associationsrätt - Erfarenhet eller intresse för t.ex fastighets- eller skatterätt - Utbildning/examen inom juridik - Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Role Description The HIM Coder Analyst I requires knowledge of and skill in applying International Classification of Diseases and Procedures (ICD), and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code sets and associated Medicare/Medicaid rules and guidelines. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing and interpreting patient medical record documentation to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures. - Assigning ICD-10-CMPCS and CPT 4 codes accurately and timely to the highest level of specificity based upon physician documentation for emergency department and outpatient clinic. - Abstracting specified information from the patient medical record and entering the data into the electronic health record system for billing and reporting. - Maintaining a minimum expected accuracy rate for all coding of 95% or above. - Communicating with physicians and other providers regarding documentation requirements. - Collaborating with Clinical Documentation Specialists regarding documentation and coding requirements. - Maintaining current knowledge of coding and documentation changes, rules, and guidelines.
