Enrollment Development Advisor

Role Description As our Enrollment Development Advisor, you’ll guide inbound leads through warm, consultative outreach and conversations that help them see the value in having a 1:1 conversation with an enrollment advisor on our team. - Book calls for our enrollment advisors with consistent outreach (email, call & SMS) to 3 warm audience lists weekly: - Webinar registrants who didn’t attend - Webinar registrants who left before the pitch - Webinar registrants who didn’t book calls after the pitch - Ensure the calls you have booked show up to their call prepared - Communicate the value of booking a 1:1 call today - Collaborate with our Sales Director (+ marketing ops team) to build out the Enrollment Development Advisor system - Represent the heart and mission of Full Focus—modeling what it means to truly “win at work and flourish at life” Qualifications - 2-plus years success as an SDR/Setter—i.e., direct sales experience ideally in a short sales cycle like door to door, phone sales, solar sales, credit card processing sales, online training program sales, SaaS sales, etc. - Comfortable with outreach to people and thrive in authentic 1:1 conversations - Excited about AI & Systems to improve efficiency, but believe nothing replaces a human touch - Highly organized, disciplined, and motivated by results - Resonate deeply with the Full Focus mission and already live by some of its principles - Desire to be part of a team that values excellence, rest, integrity, and joy Requirements - Not afraid of AI/Tech to make your role more efficient & simpler to manage - Think like an owner - not just an operator - Love applying a proven strategy and creating an open dialogue with the client about whether they see the value - Good with words - and know what it takes to get people to take action - Hungry to earn uncapped commissions - Take ownership for your results - Know how to run a clean sales process and are good at managing pipelines and opportunities - Extremely hard worker who doesn’t just “show up” and “hope someone signs up” - Love transactional selling and don’t feel the need to be “friends” with prospects - Excited for the opportunities of stepping into managing, directing or direct selling - Ideally, live in one of the four North American time zones - Available 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday for work Benefits - Work from anywhere (we’re 100% remote) - Occasional travel, such as on-site team retreats in Franklin, Tennessee - Uncapped commission plan - Regular bonus opportunities - A Culture of Training: - Trained from A–Z on how to manage, qualify, and close leads with our proven process - Opportunity to invest in any tools/software that assist in getting the job done at KPI - Support and Coaching: - Weekly team sales meeting with coaching, learning new tactics, and collaboration - Direct access - 5 days a week - to a dedicated sales coach - Weekly 1:1 coaching call with your sales coach - Regular 1:1 feedback from your sales coach - Income Opportunity: - All leads are inbound and have recently signed up to join a live webinar training - Base + uncapped commissions - Regular bonus opportunities every month based on total call booking volume
