Sales Lead, Virtual Care and Remote Monitoring

Philips

• Driving sales execution for Philips’ Connected Care Ventures • Leading commercialization efforts for high-growth remote monitoring initiatives • Analyzing market dynamics, customer economics, reimbursement environments, and competitive positioning • Developing data-driven sales strategies and accurate revenue forecasts • Engaging executive-level stakeholders to build business cases aligned to health system priorities • Crafting value-based proposals that align with health system strategic initiatives • Navigating complex procurement processes, contracting structures, and long enterprise sales cycles • Partnering with other members of the Philips commercial team to identify growth opportunities for the Venture • Supporting customer success and account management during implementations and program launches • Generating reliable revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility to support Venture growth objectives

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, clinical sales, sales support, or equivalent for a digital healthcare company, selling to U.S. health systems
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales, from outreach to contract close
  • Experience with telehealth, remote monitoring, and/or home-based management of higher-risk patients
  • Digitally fluent, with the ability to translate product nuances into clear, impactful stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with executive level management and customers
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • May require 50-70% travel annually
