• Lead solution strategy for high-priority opportunities in Spanish and English, including discovery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment, adapting approach based on audience needs • Translate and synthesize insights across Spanish and English to drive clear internal alignment • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Services, Architects, and Sales to validate design feasibility and delivery approach • Create compelling, outcome-driven solution narratives that reflect executive priorities and operational realities • Own solution design development for assigned opportunities, aligning product capabilities to business outcomes • Design and deliver value-based solution presentations and demos tailored to stakeholder personas • Incorporate value engineering concepts (ROI, cost of inaction, impact metrics) into solution positioning • Partner with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy, stakeholder coverage, and deal progression • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, and Services to validate feasibility and identify risks early • Adapt to varying expectations for Spanish-first vs. bilingual engagement across agencies.

Job Requirements

  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in presales, consulting, solution design, or architecture for a SaaS company (ideally GovTech)
  • Ability to lead discovery conversations in Spanish and English within the first 60–90 days, including facilitating stakeholder discussions and producing clear, bilingual solution documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop structured solution designs using templates, visuals, and narratives
  • Proven track record of independently leading discovery, solution design, and internal coordination for complex opportunities
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to adapt messaging based on stakeholder role and agency priorities
  • Ability to design modular, scalable solutions aligned to product capabilities, mission context, and delivery feasibility
  • Comfortable mentoring peers, shaping internal tools, and contributing to process improvements
  • Fluency with CRM systems (Salesforce), collaboration tools (Teams), and internal documentation platforms.
