• Support day-to-day finance and business operations tasks • Assist with financial tracking, preparing summaries or presentations • Contributing to ongoing projects across the organization

• Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Document Management: Send document checklists to clients, follow up on missing or incomplete requirements, verify the accuracy and validity of documents. • Lender Pricing & Proposal Preparation: Complete lender pricing requests, order valuations when needed, review lender policies to ensure accurate loan structuring, prepare high-quality credit proposals. • Data Entry & Loan Submission: Enter client and loan data into CRM and lender portals, upload all supporting documentation, submit the full loan application to the lender. • Managing Conditions & Client Follow-ups: Gather outstanding documents to satisfy lender conditions, coordinate closely with clients to ensure timely completion, present final files for broker review before re-submission. • Valuation Coordination: Order valuations (if not done earlier), follow up on valuation progress and address any valuation concerns. • Formal Approval & Settlement Prep: Communicate formal approval updates to both broker and client, assist in preparing the file for the settlement stage.

• Leads the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of global finance processes and the financial systems that enable them. • Own the design, governance, and standardization of end to end global finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) • Ensure financial systems are configured to effectively support standardized finance processes • Define and maintain process policies, controls, data standards, and KPIs • Execute components of the Finance Transformation roadmap • Lead a portfolio of system enabled process improvement initiatives

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the Corporate Accounting team during Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-End close cycles • Troubleshoot complex journal entry issues and resolve root causes • Own and maintain all GL system configurations • Identify and implement automation opportunities within the Oracle Close Monitor • Monitor and troubleshoot inbound interfaces from Oracle sub-ledgers and external systems • Build, maintain, and optimize complex financial reports using Oracle Financial Reporting Studio • Maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls within the GL module • Act as the final technical escalation point for complex incidents
