Chief Financial Officer, Business Unit Moulded Glass

• Act as trusted advisor and sparring partner to the BU CEO on all financial and strategic matters • Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives and shareholder expectations • Lead strategic initiatives including portfolio optimization, investments, and growth programs • Full ownership of M&A activities, from evaluation and execution to integration/separation • Drive transparency and performance management through robust KPI frameworks and business reviews • Identify and deliver margin improvement, cost efficiency, and cash optimization initiatives • Ensure disciplined capital allocation and value-based decision-making • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes • Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital structure within Group guidelines • Lead, develop, and transform an international finance organization
Job Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in strategic finance, business partnering, and transformation
- Strong M&A experience and capital markets exposure is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations
