Job Description

Director, Finance Transformation

Sysco

• Leads the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of global finance processes and the financial systems that enable them. • Own the design, governance, and standardization of end to end global finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) • Ensure financial systems are configured to effectively support standardized finance processes • Define and maintain process policies, controls, data standards, and KPIs • Execute components of the Finance Transformation roadmap • Lead a portfolio of system enabled process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in transitioning work into centralized shared service organizations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and their interaction with financial systems
  • Experience with ERP and financial platforms (e.g., Workday Financials and related systems)
