Foundry Sales Manager – Southeast Territory

• Drive Growth and lead a team in a remote-based Foundry Sales Manager role covering Southeast Territory • Develop and execute territory sales strategies • Build relationships with foundry customers and industry partners • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Lead, coach, and support Sales Engineers to achieve objectives • Analyze market trends and uncover growth opportunities • Deliver technical presentations and negotiate pricing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience working within the foundry industry is strongly preferred
  • Proven success selling technical products, engineered solutions, or industrial equipment
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
