• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across your assigned account portfolio, developing strategic account plans with clear objectives, tactics, and timelines • Partner with Account Managers and Directors to create sales and growth strategy related to Dodge products, as well as other identified product priorities at Dodge • Overcome objections by reinforcing product value through customer analytics and consultative value-selling techniques • Build deep, trusted relationships that surface dissatisfaction early, giving you runway to resolve issues and retain accounts • Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts: answer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and fully own the customer experience • Act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback to Marketing, Product, and Customer Care for rapid resolution and product improvements • Train and support clients on effective product use-including demos, onboarding sessions, and profile/saved-search setup-to maximize their realized value • Position Dodge as a construction industry thought leader by sharing insights, best practices, and success stories via webinars, case studies, and whitepapers • Meet all KPIs tied to retention, contact rate, upsell, and renewal ratios • Follow SOPs for all account interactions within the CRM and supporting tools • Stay current on job, product, and industry training opportunities
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with overlay quota to drive revenue on more complex or more profitable service products or solutions
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contract renewals and drive revenue expansion within existing accounts
- Strong consultative-selling skills-ability to uncover pain, coach customers on best practices, and connect solutions to business outcomes
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- Empathetic small-business growth mindset; you care about your customers' success
- Experience selling or working within a SaaS environment
