Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in data entry, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with strong computer literacy are welcome to apply.

Role Description SQL Server DBA Data Warehouse Technical Lead for Mauser Packaging Solutions Holding Company. May work remotely, report to the Information Technology hub in our regional location in Atlanta, GA. - Install, configure, monitor & tune SQL Server databases (DBs). - Minimize production downtime & ensure optimal DB operations. - Liaise with Power BI development community to build, enhance & maintain tables & data views to support end user reports. - Develop & maintain backup strategy for DB environment (aligned with Disaster Recovery requirements). - Ensure DB standards & configurations to support Mauser Security standards. - Daily production support: monitor & action incidents/requests in ServiceNow queue. - Provide technical thought leadership in development of Global data warehouse environment. - Liaise with IT resources to implement optimized solutions. - Interact with business & tech functions for high level of responsiveness. - Use effective and collaborative communication skills to interact with business users. - Utilize all relevant technical tools & processes. - May undergo background checks including drug screen. Qualifications - Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and 5 years relevant experience in IT and required skills (4 years experience); or - Master's in Computer Science or related field and 2 years relevant experience in IT and required skills (2 years experience).
