HR Generalist

• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures. • Manage the unemployment claim process. • Support worker’s compensation, leaves of absence and benefits administration. • Work with leaders and staff to foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts. • Conduct thorough, unbiased employee investigations and recommend course of action. • Maintain HR file compliance by conducting background rechecks, interpreting results and assisting with audit preparation. • Recredential staff as applicable. • Responsible for full cycle recruitment, pre-employment and onboarding. • Research and develop job descriptions for new or changing roles within the organization. • Perform other HR related duties as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in the human resources field.
  • Must have at least one year of experience in employee relations, conducting full investigations.
  • Must have at least two years’ of experience with full cycle recruitment, onboarding and background checks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software.
  • Experience working with automated human resource management systems.
  • Reside in Orlando, FL
  • Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.

Role Description The HR Clinical Case Manager supports a Disability Leave Service organization by providing expert clinical consultation on complex disability, leave, and accommodation cases. This role combines strong medical acumen with compassionate, business-focused case management to help employees successfully return to work while supporting organizational goals.
