Senior Revenue Productivity Associate
Rula
• Support the maintenance and enrichment of revenue data, specifically housed within Salesforce and other integrated tools (Outreach, Definitive Healthcare, etc) • Own data integrity, translating business needs into technical requirements • Educate and support Salesforce users • Create reporting and dashboards to drive leadership insights • Fuel data insights for key business decisions
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of related professional experience working as part of a Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Revenue / Sales Operations team
- 2+ years of advanced Salesforce experience, specializing in data integrity maintenance and complex reporting
- Experience analyzing data sets, assessing data integrity, and building reporting for leadership consumption
- 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up (preferred)
- 1+ years experience in healthcare, benefits, or a similar marketplace business (preferred)
- Experience working cross-functionally to communicate business needs as technical requirements for Salesforce engineers to maintain systems and data integrity (preferred)
- Experience creating and maintaining rep-facing systems playbooks (preferred)
- Experience with the subordinate tools in our tech stack - Outreach, Gong, LeanData, Definitive Healthcare, Dialpad, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator (preferred)
