Configuration Analyst

Gravie

• Analyze benefit plan documents to accurately build benefit categories and adjudication rules for claims processing • Review member accumulators and assist in loading benefit logic to member and group records • Review and evaluate claims and benefit issues and interpret plan policies • Utilize multiple applications to fulfill job functions across the configuration team • Support cross-functional teams during implementations and renewals • Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome oriented. • Manage daily configuration inventory queues • Complete audits for group and plan builds • Monitor and respond to team mailboxes

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in claims processing, benefit configuration, or related healthcare operations
  • Knowledge/experience with level-funded plan designs.
  • Understanding of benefit plans, accumulators, and basic adjudication concepts
  • Ability to set priorities, manage time, and work independently
  • Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
  • Knowledge/experience with level-funded plan designs
  • Familiarity with claims processing systems, particularly Javelina
  • Understanding of CPT/HCPCS coding systems and claim payment logic
  • Previous startup company experience
