• Execute all phases of the Sage Intacct implementation lifecycle as part of an implementation team – collaborative requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, data migration, training, and hypercare support. • Configure Sage Intacct across core modules – General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Order Entry, Purchasing and advanced modules such as Consolidations, Dynamic Allocations, Project Accounting, Contracts, Inventory, and Fixed assets – based on customer-specific business processes and industry best practices. • Design and build custom account groups, dimension groups, and reports to meet customer requirements. • Translate client business requirements into Sage Intacct configurations and workflows for finance and accounting processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close. • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for client stakeholders within your assigned workstream, building strong working relationships and supporting on-time, on-budget delivery. • Prepare clear status updates, requirements documentation, and design artifacts; escalate issues or risks to CrossCountry project managers as appropriate. • Participate in client workshops, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing strong written and verbal communication throughout. • Perform data analysis, import/export formatting, test script development, and documentation to support client deliverables and system integrity. • Identify reusable design patterns and proactively recommend configurations or process changes; contribute to internal templates and knowledge resources. • Maintain thorough documentation of design decisions, configurations, and project deliverables in line with CrossCountry standards. • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation. • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

• Join our rapidly growing Technology Enablement practice as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing deep functional expertise in Sage Intacct to help our clients get more value from systems they already own. • Support health checks, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects for live Sage Intacct environments. • Provide post-production support that keeps client finance teams running smoothly. • Conduct Sage Intacct health checks and reviews across customer’s configuration, security, workflows, reporting, integrations, and business processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve system performance and user adoption. • Design and deliver optimization and enhancement projects for live Sage Intacct environments. • Provide day-to-day functional support to clients running Sage Intacct in production. • Troubleshoot functional problems across core Sage Intacct modules and related finance and accounting processes. • Prepare clear status updates, requirements documentation, and design artifacts; escalate issues or risks as appropriate.

• Lead and support client software implementations. • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines. • Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation. • Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

• Deliver ongoing clinical training, workflow support, and best-practice recommendations. • Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders, care managers, physicians, and operational teams. • Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies from a value framework. • Support change management initiatives by helping customers adapt workflows and processes. • Translate clinical requirements—care management, quality improvement, chronic disease management, utilization management—into solution configurations. • Advise customers on best practices for workflow design, assessments, protocols, risk stratification, and care coordination. • Lead clinical discovery sessions to capture requirements and align platform capabilities with clinical objectives. • Configure and optimize clinical programs, protocols, assessments, and workflows within the platform. • Ensure solution design aligns with evidence-based practices and compliance requirements (e.g., HEDIS, CMS, value-based care models). • Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. • Influence product enhancement and development through clinical insight from the field. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advise on roadmap items based on clinical trends and customer needs. • Work with Marketing to develop clinically accurate content, case studies, and customer success stories. • Support implementation teams during client onboarding to ensure seamless clinical workflow activation and program launch. • Partner with Customer Success on retention and expansion strategies grounded in clinical outcome data. • Review program performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Provide clinical interpretation of analytics, care gaps, risk stratification, and quality measures. • Partner with customers to create performance improvement plans and measure outcomes. • Bring clinical insights from customer engagements to inform product roadmap prioritization and program development. • Stay up-to-date on clinical standards, regulatory changes, and value-based care models (CMS, HEDIS, ACO, MA, JCAHO, NCQA, etc.). • Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events as a clinical voice as needed. • Bring clinical insights from customer engagements to inform product roadmap prioritization and program development.
