• Join our dynamic team within the central DSS (Digital Services and Solutions) division of the WBS GROUP and help shape the future of digital education! • As a working student (approx. 10–20 hrs/week), you will be part of an innovative team at WBS TRAINING Pro, a brand of the WBS GROUP. • You will support the conception and production of digital learning formats, AI-assisted videos and game-based learning experiences. • You will help make learning content clear, motivating and visually compelling. • Develop video and story concepts, decision scenarios, storyboards and content templates for game-based learning formats. • Produce and edit short challenge, learning and explainer videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools. • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, Synthesia and ElevenLabs for text, audio and video production. • Assist with testing and optimizing learning content for accessibility, user experience and brand voice.

Job Requirements

  • Initial practical experience in content design, video production, storytelling, UX/UI, e‑learning or your own creative projects.
  • Confident or willing-to-learn use of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar design and editing tools.
  • Active and reflective use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Reliable, independent and structured working style as well as very good German language skills.
  • First hands-on experience with AI video or AI audio tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs or comparable applications.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, game design, gamification or user-centered design.
  • A small portfolio with examples from video, design, storytelling, game-based learning or interactive media projects.
