Job Description
Head of Content Marketing
Builder Prime
• Content Engine and Calendar: Own the content calendar, the publishing rhythm, and the content strategy across every channel, producing content that spans the full lifecycle from prospect to lead to customer to retention. • Together with PMM, Solutions/Enablement, & CX Knowledge, this person turns launches, partnerships, and brand moments, including event and demand gen needs, into a steady, proactive flow of content rather than one-off scrambles. • This includes building repeatable, low-friction content models and automating the rinse-and-repeat work with AI. • Social and Brand Voice: Run Builder Prime's social presence and make it louder, more entertaining, and unmistakably built for contractors. • Lead with short-form video and reels over Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and write in a voice that is brash but not crass. • This role sets the tone and consistently shows up where our audience actually is. • Lifecycle and Email Strategy: Audit our sales and marketing email sequences end-to-end, then own the strategy and content for new and reworked sequences in partnership with marketing ops. • Map the right message to the right stage across prospect, lead, customer, and retention. Strategy and copy live here, while the technical send stays with marketing ops. • Sales and CX Content: Coordinate with the Solutions and Engagement Director and the Senior CX Knowledge & Content Lead to ensure sales enablement and customer experience content aligns with the overall company content strategy. Make sure prospects, new customers, and existing customers each get the right material at the right moment, from pitch support through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. This person ensures Sales, CX, and Marketing are all producing content that aligns in vision, tone, brand, and narrative.
