• Own large, merchant-facing features from inception to completion. • Collaborate with the product, go-to-market, and design teams to set the direction of the merchant experience. • Collaborate on code reviews and technical design documents to ensure the consistent application of best practices across relevant domains. • Actively contribute to building the team’s architectural vision and technical roadmap. • Drive engineering excellence through best practices in testing, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

• Lead a diverse engineering squad of professionals; • Provide continuous feedback, guidance and support to the team, helping them overcome obstacles and improve their skills; • Plan and coordinate the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among squad members, ensuring everyone understands their assignments and deadlines; • Monitor the progress of tasks and projects, adjusting allocations and priorities as needed to keep schedules on track; • Ensure all relevant information is communicated clearly between the client and the team, including project requirements, feedback, deadlines, and any scope changes; • Team Management: Hold team meetings to align tasks, discuss progress and resolve impediments; • Project Planning and Prioritization: Define priorities and allocate resources according to project goals and deadlines; • Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget; • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients and other departments to align expectations and provide status updates; • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during project execution; • Team Development: Provide ongoing feedback, identify training needs and support the professional development of team members; • Continuous Improvement: Review and optimize internal processes to increase the team’s efficiency and quality of work.
