• Develop new features for our flagship product — the Cozey Operating System (COS) • Build internal tools and platforms to replace third‑party solutions • Design and deploy AI agents to automate and simplify warehouse management workflows • Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to identify pain points and rapidly deliver high‑impact solutions • Own projects end‑to‑end — from design and architecture to implementation and deployment

• Design, develop, and maintain platform services and infrastructure at the core of the COS organization • Build internal tools, frameworks, and abstractions to improve developer experience and productivity • Evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and observability tooling • Establish best practices for reliability, security, and performance • Lead initiatives around system resilience, incident response, and availability improvements • Promote adoption and standardization of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform, or similar tools)
