• Build new features for our flagship product — the Cozey Operating System (COS) • Create in-house tools and platforms to replace third-party solutions — we love building things from the ground up • Develop AI agents to automate and streamline warehouse management workflows • Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to identify pain points and rapidly launch impactful solutions • Own projects end-to-end — from design and architecture to implementation and deployment

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strongly typed, object-oriented or TypeScript-like languages
  • Experience designing, building, and evolving robust REST APIs
  • Strong believer in testing culture – prioritizes unit and end-to-end testing
  • Deep appreciation for clean code, code reviews, and documentation
  • Passionate about solving real-world problems with scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Experience with AWS (Serverless, SQS, SNS etc) is a nice to have
