Role Description As an Intake & Retention Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing inbound communications while guiding potential clients through the intake and retention process. In your day-to-day activities, you will assist prospective clients by qualifying their cases, gathering critical information, and ensuring a smooth transition into representation. As a Full-Time Virtual Legal Aide, you will support both the Intake and Retention functions by performing the responsibilities listed below but not limited to those outlined in this document.
