• Our Business Systems Analysis Team works closely with Quench’s internal business users and stakeholders to drive effective use of Quench systems and automation of processes. • The role’s primary function is to liaise between the business functions and the technical development teams, perform systems analysis on various platforms and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. • The Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. • This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, collaborating on solution design, writing technical specifications, modeling business processes and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance the user experience within the Quench application ecosystem. • The Business Systems Analyst plays a strategic role in evaluating and transforming business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment and overall business value within the organization.

• Lead development across Marketing Cloud (SSJS, AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio) • Build scalable automations and reusable development patterns • Own integrations with other marketing systems • Define and enforce engineering standards • Own data model design and governance within Marketing Cloud • Ensure alignment with Salesforce CRM and enterprise data models • Optimise data processing, segmentation, and performance • Design and build integrations with Salesforce, data platforms (e.g. Databricks), and external tools • Define scalable data flow patterns (API, batch, event-driven) • Maintain platform health, performance, and reliability • Lead incident investigation and resolution • Manage technical debt and continuous improvement • Implement secure, compliant development practices • Own release and deployment processes • Introduce DevOps and CI/CD approaches where appropriate • Act as the technical authority for Marketing Cloud • Partner with Architecture, Data, and Salesforce teams • Guide Marketing Ops within defined guardrails • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to architect business needs into scalable technical solutions • Offer expert guidance aligned with Marketing Cloud best practices and emerging industry trends • Serve as a strategic technical authority for Marketing Operations and Go-To-Market functions

• Maintain and support core infrastructure systems with deep knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu preferred) • Work close to the metal: BIOS, IPMI, RAID setups, and hardware-level diagnostics are part of your comfort zone • Design and maintain scalable networks using VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs, and especially UniFi equipment • Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations with Ansible, Bash/Python, and Git-based workflows • Set up and manage observability stacks, including Prometheus/Grafana for metrics and Graylog, ELK, or Loki for log centralization • Build tooling for server discovery, config auto-generation, automated OS deployments, PXE/Preseed/Cloud-init, and strong MAAS-based provisioning • Integrate and/or develop internal APIs for tracking compute and GPU resource allocation, as well as external APIs (billing, monitoring, OpenStack, etc.) • Deploy and maintain virtualization and orchestration systems such as OpenStack (preferably with Kolla-Ansible), Proxmox VE, or VMware ESXi • Support container-based workloads and isolate services efficiently
