Role Description The Manager, Partnerships & Industry Engagement is responsible for executing and optimizing Ncontracts' partner programs and industry outreach initiatives. Reporting to the VP, this role owns the day-to-day management of association, referral, and channel partner relationships while ensuring campaigns, content, and events run smoothly and on schedule. The Manager is the operational engine of the partnerships function — keeping programs on track, maintaining partner relationships, coordinating with Sales and Growth Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with strong partnership or marketing experience who is ready to take full ownership of program delivery and grow into broader strategic responsibilities. You Will - Partner Relationship Management - Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a defined portfolio of association, referral, and channel partners. - Maintain active engagement plans for existing partners, including regular check-ins, content coordination, and campaign fulfillment. - Support the identification and onboarding of new partnership opportunities surfaced by the VP or through your own network. - Track partner commitments and deliverables, ensuring both Ncontracts and partner obligations are met on time. - Collaborate with Sales to communicate partnership activity and ensure referral leads are properly attributed and followed up. - Program & Campaign Execution - Manage end-to-end execution of partner-facing programs including webinars, co-branded campaigns, e-blasts, events, sponsored articles, and advertising placements. - Coordinate with Growth Marketing to align partnership campaigns with broader marketing calendars and brand standards. - Maintain and update partner content, profiles, and creative assets across relevant platforms. - Organize internal workflows and documentation to ensure visibility and consistency across all active partnership initiatives. - Support trade show and conference logistics, including sponsorship coordination and on-site presence as needed. - Industry Presence & Thought Leadership - Represent Ncontracts at industry events, association meetings, and partner-sponsored functions. - Contribute industry needs to thought leadership content team including recommendations for blog posts, webinar scripts, and co-authored materials, collaborating with internal SMEs. - Stay current on trends and developments in the financial institution and fintech space to inform partnership strategy and content themes. - Reporting & Metrics - Track and report on key partnership metrics including campaign performance, referral activity, partner engagement, and program ROI. - Maintain accurate CRM records for partner contacts, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce or equivalent platforms. - Provide regular status updates to the VP on program health, upcoming milestones, and any risks or blockers. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required. - 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, channel marketing, association engagement, or business development — ideally within financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS. - Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and marketing programs from kickoff through delivery. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to external stakeholders. - Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and project management tools. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter who can operate independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team priorities. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with the financial institution regulatory and compliance landscape (community banks, credit unions, fintechs). - Existing relationships within banking associations (ABA, ICBA, CUNA/America's Credit Unions, state leagues, etc.). - Experience with creative asset management, campaign tracking tools, or event coordination. - Comfort contributing to content independently or collaborating with SMEs on industry-facing materials. - 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
