Job Requirements
- Fluent French and English required
- 2+ years in account management or customer success with a renewal quota — you must have owned a quota, not just contributed to one
- Experience managing a book of accounts between $1M and $5M ARR
- Proven ability to lead difficult commercial conversations
- Strong pipeline discipline
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT
- Experience in a scale-up environment
