Interface Design Analyst, UI – Mid-level

Minsait

• Conduct user research and gather business requirements; • Map user journeys, navigation flows and information architectures; • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces; • Develop and evolve Design Systems and component libraries; • Ensure visual consistency, usability and accessibility of digital solutions; • Plan and conduct usability tests and user validation sessions; • Analyze metrics and user behavior to recommend continuous improvements to the user experience; • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts and other stakeholders; • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the evolution of digital products; • Support the definition of UX/UI standards, best practices and guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Information Systems, Communication or related fields.
  • Knowledge of user research and user-centered methodologies;
  • Experience in Information Architecture and User Journey Mapping;
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces;
  • Experience with Design Systems and componentization;
  • Knowledge of responsive design (Mobile First);
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG);
  • Experience with collaborative tools such as FigJam, Miro and Jira;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
  • Knowledge of user experience metrics and behavior analysis;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
  • Certifications or courses in UX Design, UI Design, Design Thinking or related areas.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics;
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design;
  • Experience with large-scale digital products;
  • Familiarity with interface frameworks such as Material Design and Bootstrap;
