• Execution of paid search campaigns across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands. • Develop, manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen. • Work closely with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists and founders to drive profitable customer acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities through search intent and demand capture. • Conduct regular account audits and strategic reviews. • Continuously optimise campaigns using platform data, attribution insights and commercial performance indicators. • Build structured experimentation frameworks across campaigns, audiences, creative assets and landing pages.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record managing six and seven-figure annual advertising budgets.
- Strong expertise across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Experience working within a performance marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, LTV and AOV.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam and GA4.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign management and operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
