Role Description This is an opportunity to join a global marketing and social media operations team as a Paid Media Coordinator, supporting a large-scale international brand. This is a remote position based in Argentina, open to candidates located anywhere in the country. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid media strategies across multiple solution areas, ensuring campaigns are effectively planned, launched, and optimized. You will work closely with global stakeholders, media agencies, and cross-functional teams, including content and analytics. As most internal communication is conducted in English, advanced English proficiency is essential. Portuguese is considered a plus but is not mandatory. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in paid media execution and coordination. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or related roles - Solid understanding of paid media channels (e.g., social media ads, search, display) - Experience working with media agencies and managing campaign execution end-to-end - Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) — mandatory for daily collaboration with global teams - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights - High level of organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (content, analytics, strategy) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment Requirements - Develop and execute paid media strategies across different solution areas and campaigns - Manage relationships with media agencies, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations - Oversee boosting activities and ensure campaigns are properly configured, launched, and optimized - Coordinate closely with the Content Coordinator to align paid media efforts with content plans and publication schedules - Monitor campaign performance and generate insights reports for internal stakeholders - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to optimizing workflows and operational efficiency - Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and campaign setup in collaboration with analytics and media teams - Manage influencer partnerships, including coordination, deliverables tracking, and performance follow-up - Maintain clear and consistent communication with global stakeholders across different time zones - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities in current processes - Challenge media agencies to continuously improve campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and adjust media targets based on business needs, audience behavior, and performance insights Benefits - Ambitious goals for environmental sustainability with science-based emission reduction targets - Commitment to creating inclusive work environments - Opportunities for personal and professional growth
