Role Description At Trulieve, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly into the CRM Marketing Manager. This position focuses on the execution and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives across multiple states, specializing in email, SMS, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing email and SMS marketing and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Executing and developing execution email and SMS campaigns on a daily basis. - Collaborating closely with the CRM Marketing Manager to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals. - Contributing to the creation and maintenance of automated marketing workflows. - Participating in the optimization of digital marketing efforts based on performance metrics and analytical insights. - Supporting the generation and analysis of digital marketing reports. - Acting as a liaison between the digital department and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. - Addressing and resolving any technical or strategic issues in collaboration with the CRM Marketing Manager and relevant teams. - Collaborating closely with retail marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing calendars, retail promotions, sales lifts, and audience segmentation. - Regularly reporting on digital campaign performance, providing insightful analysis to the CRM Marketing Manager and retail marketing teams. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, and app push campaigns. - Familiarity with enterprise-level ESPs and digital marketing tools. - Experience in working with automated marketing workflows and dynamic content. - A good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. - Proficiency in analyzing digital marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights. - Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively under the guidance of the CRM Marketing Manager. - A collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly with various teams within the organization. - Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Role Description The Print & Digital Sales, Marketing & Events Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through integrated print and digital advertising sales, strategic marketing initiatives, sponsorship development, and experiential events. This individual will oversee the STNDRDS’ sales and marketing efforts while aligning advertising, audience growth, brand strategy, and events to maximize visibility, engagement, and business performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven leader with strong sales abilities, marketing expertise, and experience executing high-impact events and integrated media campaigns. This role requires both big-picture vision and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the luxury, lifestyle, media, and publishing industries, along with an established network of industry relationships and an active book of business capable of generating advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
