Role Description In un’ottica di rafforzamento dell’area Delivery, IUNGO è in cerca di un Project Manager: una risorsa da inserire nel team di progetto e che abbia voglia di crescere insieme all’azienda. Il Project Manager è l'anello consulenziale tra IUNGO e il cliente: - Guida la delivery progettuale presso i nostri Clienti (o in progetti speciali interni). - Presidia la relazione nel tempo. - Garantisce che i progetti siano un successo e monitora l'andamento anche dopo il Go-Live. - Conosce a fondo i processi del cliente e sa intercettarne le esigenze evolutive. La figura avrà le seguenti responsabilità: - Sostenere la validità della soluzione IUNGO in fase di pre-sales, contribuendo alla stima e allo scoping del progetto. - Analizzare e rappresentare i processi del Cliente con spunti precisi e affidabili. - Condurre l'analisi dei processi nei progetti complessi. - Pianificare e ottimizzare l'impiego delle risorse assegnate. - Affiancare l'utenza a tutti i livelli con consulenza funzionale e applicativa. - Prevenire i rischi di progetto e garantire il fit della soluzione applicativa. - Certificare la qualità dei deliverable documentali. - Guidare il Cliente verso l'uso migliore della soluzione. - Presidiare la relazione con il Cliente anche dopo il Go-Live. - Intercettare le esigenze evolutive del Cliente e coglierne le opportunità di business. Qualifications - Esperienza in ambito Supply Chain — esperienza documentata, preferibilmente con un ruolo da buyer. - Formazione tecnico-ingegneristica — Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente Gestionale. - Interesse per la digitalizzazione della supply chain — reale propensione verso la trasformazione digitale dei processi. - Competenza in analisi funzionale e testing — esperienza nella redazione di Analisi Funzionali. Requirements - Esperienza in società di consulenza — titolo preferenziale per la familiarità con la natura consulenziale del ruolo. - Esperienza come Project Manager — considerata un plus, ma non indispensabile. - Conoscenza della lingua inglese. - Predisposizione al lavoro in team. Role Description We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HCM Project Manager to join our ERP implementation team. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will own and execute one or more critical work-streams within a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and its associated integrations. This role demands strong project management skills, the ability to manage a team and budgets, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting Workday HCM initiatives and a focus on delivering results within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities - Work-stream Ownership: Manage the detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned HCM work-stream(s) of the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan. - Process Management: Collaborate with HR leaders, business process owners, and functional leads to define requirements, map current and future-state processes, and support configuration activities across Workday HCM modules. - Team Management: Lead and guide a team of business analysts and other project team members within your assigned work-stream(s). - Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks within assigned work-streams.
