Sales Manager

• Building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP). • Developing partner engagement motions that influence pipeline, accelerate deals, and create new footholds in target accounts. • Guiding AEs to penetrate new teams, new use cases, and upmarket segments. • Driving Adoption of New Product Lines (AI) and enabling AEs to articulate value propositions. • Cultivating a culture of excellence that consistently surpasses revenue and productivity goals. • Collaborating closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns, events, and demand-gen activities. • Designing scalable processes, KPIs, and structure for a Commercial Sales org. • Analyzing data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities across call volumes, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene. • Acting as a hands-on leader, joining customer calls, engaging executives, and supporting strategic deals.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading a high-performing SaaS or technology sales team.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated success managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience selling a product in an emerging category, or one with a developing brand story.
- Prior experience working with or selling through cloud ecosystem partners strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
