Creative Manager
Transfr Inc.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, including a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, and freelance designers and videographers. • Oversee concepting and execution of digital marketing assets, including web pages, emails, ads, social media content, videos, and event materials. • Ensure all designs support marketing goals such as lead generation, opportunity creation, bookings, sales enablement, and event engagement. • Develop, maintain, and enforce standards for corporate templates, including presentation decks, email signatures, and document templates, ensuring brand consistency and ease of use across teams. • Implement and optimize creative workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. • Review performance data regularly to inform creative decisions and iterate on what drives engagement and results. • Partner with the Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to connect creative output to performance metrics, including lead conversion, sales team adoption, and campaign ROI.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in design or creative roles, with at least 4 years in a manager or team lead capacity
- 3+ year developing creative for demand generation or growth marketing
- Deep understanding of best practices for demand generation and digital marketing channels, including web, email, paid media, and social, and how design drives performance.
- Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and measurable business impact.
- Expertise in key design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with video production workflows.
- Experience using AI design tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, or automation platforms) for creative scaling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Passion for mentoring designers and fostering creative growth.
- Experience in education or public sector marketing is highly preferred.
