Role Description We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity. - Responsible for leading all strategic commercial contracts and process issues arising in the region. - Support the regional team on commercial matters and improve existing processes. - Establish and maintain efficient processes in the framework of a compliant culture across the region. - Act as a business partner by applying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals, relationships, and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention. - Draft, review, and negotiate strategic business agreements and transactions such as customer sales contracts, amendments, and sales agreements. - Advise the business on regulatory, privacy, antitrust, and advertising/promotional matters. - Provide regulatory and compliance advice in conjunction with the Regulatory and Compliance specialist areas in GE Healthcare. - Support on dispute resolution and litigation where appropriate. Qualifications - JD degree with 3 to 5+ years of experience. - Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast-paced environment. Requirements - Prior experience with contract drafting and negotiation and customer/client interaction and relationships. - Experience in the Healthcare industry and previous exposure to medical industry regulations (FDA, Medicare/Medicaid anti-kickback). - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. - Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. - Established project management skills.
