• Lead design for AI agent experiences (chat and voice) — conversation blueprints, multi-turn flows, escalation paths, and error handling • Map user journeys, design information architecture, and create wireframes that bring clarity to complex workflows. • Translate abstract AI capabilities into approachable user experiences that drive adoption and trust. • Simplify complex workflows and data interactions through clear, thoughtful design. • Deliver clickable prototypes that visualize future-state product experiences for stakeholder validation. • Support discovery by contributing design expertise on AI agent patterns, interaction models, and conversation design • Co-facilitate workshops with project teams to define user flows, agent behavior, and experience strategy • Ground design decisions in user research, feedback sessions, and real-world constraints. • Balance innovation with practicality — ensuring your designs can scale in real production environments. • Contribute to internal design playbooks and reusable design systems that raise the bar across engagements.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio spanning UX and visual design.
- Deep experience designing AI agent interactions — not just traditional UI, but conversation flows, multi-turn dialogs, and agent behavior patterns
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable, Magic Patterns, Bolt, etc.); comfortable creating clickable, interactive demos.
- Strong systems thinker who can simplify intricate user journeys without sacrificing clarity.
- Adept at collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders; confident presenting to senior partners and executives.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and defining UX patterns for emerging AI technologies
- Experience working in agile environments and contributing to multi-disciplinary product teams.
