Role Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Menara CIMB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation delivery, particularly within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. - Lead and manage department-assigned system projects and enhancements in work procedures. - Provide end-to-end project management for system enhancement, implementation, and monitoring processes to completion. - Develop project charters and plans, and prepare and obtain budget approvals. - Manage and control project scoping and scheduling. - Establish change control boards and obtain project approvals. - Proactively manage, prioritize, and negotiate timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives. - Collaborate with relevant teams and vendors to design, develop, and implement projects. - Provide input and feedback for project resources, including internal and external parties. - Manage project budgets and costs. - Liaise with internal teams or external vendors for software product sourcing, selection, and implementation. - Ensure project delivery adheres to quality standards by working with the quality team. - Conduct weekly project status meetings and update management and key stakeholders. - Prepare and present reports and updates to management and project steering committees. - Communicate with team members to ensure alignment with delegated tasks. - Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. - Analyze and manage project impacts, interfaces, and inter-dependencies. - Seek opportunities for continuous process improvement. - Work with production support to manage project transitions. Qualifications - At least 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in software implementation delivery. - Experience in handling governance, audit, and compliance for project delivery in the financial/banking industry. - Strength in project planning, risk management, quality control and implementation, vendor management, and collaboration. - Good knowledge of banking/financial services systems. - Competency in project risk and issue management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and familiarity with project management tools. - Skilled in PowerPoint and presentation. Requirements - Project experience in internet banking, mobile applications, or digital delivery projects. • Manage and execute technical field deployments, including configuration, installation, and testing of VOIP-integrated RapidSOS solutions at emergency communications centers (ECCs) • Own the end-to-end implementation timeline from onboarding to go-live and ensure all technical and logistical responsibilities are completed on-site, on-time, and to a high quality standard • Travel frequently (75%) to public safety customer locations across the U.S. for on-site installs and technical troubleshooting • Work closely with local IT teams, system administrators, and telephony providers to integrate RapidSOS products into varied communications environments • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Customer Success to escalate issues and optimize field execution • Act as the technical liaison and subject matter expert on VoIP infrastructure requirements and deployment best practices • Identify scope and technical risks, assist in overcoming limitations both internally and externally • Gather feedback from field installs and customer interactions to drive continuous improvement in our implementation playbooks, processes, and documentation
