Il ruolo si concentrerà su una vasta gamma di tematiche, tra cui: - Infrastrutture energetiche - Oil & Gas - Energie rinnovabili - Biocarburanti - Energia nucleare - Idrogeno - Technologie di cattura, utilizzo e stoccaggio della CO₂ (CCS&U) In particolare, ti occuperai di: - Sviluppo di scenari energetici: analizzare ed elaborare scenari futuri del settore energetico a supporto dei processi decisionali strategici; - Strategie di crescita: definire strategie di ingresso in nuovi mercati, espansione e diversificazione per aziende energetiche che operano in contesti di profonda trasformazione strutturale; - Valutazione tecnico-economica di asset energetici: condurre analisi approfondite per determinare la sostenibilità economica e l’impatto finanziario degli asset energetici; - Business planning: predisporre piani industriali e di business coerenti con gli obiettivi dei clienti e con le opportunità offerte dal mercato; - Sviluppo di piani industriali: elaborare strategie finalizzate alla crescita e allo sviluppo industriale delle imprese; - Operazioni di M&A e transaction: svolgere attività di due diligence commerciale e strategica a supporto di operazioni di fusione, acquisizione e investimento nel settore energetico. Qualifications - Laurea in Ingegneria Energetica o Ingegneria Gestionale; - Fino a due anni di esperienza professionale rilevante; costituisce titolo preferenziale una precedente esperienza in società di consulenza strategica o direzionale operanti nel settore energetico; - Eccellenti capacità quantitative e di analisi numerica; - Esperienze accademiche o professionali in contesti internazionali; - Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; - Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali; - Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; eventuali certificazioni linguistiche costituiscono un plus; - Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito imprenditoriale, accompagnati da senso di responsabilità e proattività; - Capacità di sviluppare una visione d’insieme (“big picture thinking”) e un approccio sistemico (“spider web thinking”), applicandoli efficacemente alle attività professionali.
