Director of Mobilization

Young Americans for Liberty

• Identify and mobilize thousands of YAL students into electoral and legislative activism opportunities nationwide each year for both YAL and other pro-liberty organizations. • Hire, train, and manage full-time Mobilization staff • Drive a high-energy, sales-oriented culture that inspires both activists and staff • Expand activism opportunities by working with partner organizations and internal teams on efforts such as phone banks and rallies • Document and track performance through Google Sheets and other systems • Own the strategy, execution, and results of Operation Win at the Door efforts

Job Requirements

  • Relentless on the phones and capable of training others to be just as effective
  • Passionate about inspiring student activists and building a culture of action
  • A strong, ego-free leader who’s ready to scale one of the most effective youth mobilization programs in the country
  • Has prior experience leading teams and managing staff
  • Able to canvass on foot for a full day knocking on doors, must be able to lift 50 pounds
