Content Writer, Digital Marketer – Part Time, Contract

• Create high-quality content and campaigns for a technical B2B audience in the materials, chemicals, and industrial technology space • Write and publish high-performing LinkedIn content for company and leadership profiles • Develop and refresh case studies, including customer interviews and quote development • Create and edit white papers, technical briefs, and webinar follow-up assets • Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (search and retargeting), including ad copy and landing page messaging • Support SEO and AEO efforts (search + AI discovery), including content optimization and keyword strategy • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, credible marketing language • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) to accelerate drafting, ideation, content repurposing, and layout

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or technical B2B marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, professional voice
  • Comfortable writing for a scientific, engineering, or technical audience
  • Some background in science or engineering (degree, coursework, or prior work experience)
  • Experience producing: LinkedIn posts and campaign series
  • Case studies and customer stories
  • White papers / long-form technical content
  • Google Ads copy and campaign structure
  • Working knowledge of SEO, and ideally AEO (Answer Engine Optimization for AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini)
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools for marketing workflows, especially ChatGPT and Gamma
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate asynchronously across time zones

About the Role We are hiring a Director, Content & Digital Marketing to own Bidease’s core market narrative, content systems, and digital presence. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior builder–operator who understands how mobile app growth teams think and knows how to translate that reality into clear, credible messaging and scalable GTM programs. You will set editorial direction, design AI-enabled content and lifecycle systems, and execute selectively where it creates the most leverage, using AI, freelancers, and agency partners to scale your impact over time. While we prefer candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are open to exceptional candidates elsewhere who are willing to travel regularly and work from our San Francisco office as our footprint grows. Key Responsibilities Own Bidease’s editorial direction and core market narrative, ensuring clarity and consistency across web, email, reports, events, community, and product-facing content. Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content for senior mobile app growth leaders (Directors, VPs, Heads of Growth, UA, and Monetization). Design and operate AI-enabled content workflows, including research, synthesis, drafting, repurposing, and multi-format production. Own the digital experience on Bidease.com, including messaging, structure, and user journeys. Design, build, and run lifecycle and email programs in HubSpot, integrated with events, CRM, and sales motions. Activate and distribute content across LinkedIn, email, paid channels, and community touchpoints, balancing organic and paid amplification. Turn events, webinars, reports, and industry gatherings into repeatable content engines, not one-off moments. Build and improve content-driven GTM systems across HubSpot, CMS, AI tools, and distribution workflows. Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure messaging reflects market reality, customer needs, and revenue priorities.
