Job Requirements

  • You’re an engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • You have proven experience as a Tech Lead, with at least 2 years in a formal or informal leadership/management capacity.
  • Skilled in architecting modern web and mobile applications and working with cloud-based architectures.
  • You're proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Go, Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python, with familiarity in Golang being a valuable plus.
  • You have a solid understanding of developing RESTful web services, collaborating with front-end teams to define APIs, create mocks, and follow HTTP best practices.
  • You apply computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and complexity analysis, to your daily work.
  • You have hands-on experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis and understand their common use cases.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have professional working proficiency in English and can articulate ideas clearly in technical discussions.
