Job Description
OSP Construction Project Manager
Fiberco
• Work with PMO team to forecast construction go-live dates. • Work with our construction vendor daily to keep track of the work they are doing in the field. • Update SiteTracker milestones daily. • Responsible for creating Notice to Proceed and Statements of Work to our vendors. • Track all damages, issues, materials, constraints, and customer feedback from work out in the field. • Manage project execution including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, and stakeholders. • Coordinate internal resources and external/third parties/vendors for efficient project execution. • Manage stakeholder communications, including interaction with clients, contractors, vendors, and jurisdictional authorities. • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of Outside plant Aerial and Underground construction, project management experience.
- Aerial and Underground Fielding experience.
- Make ready costs and evaluation experience.
- Some Aerial and Underground permitting experience a plus.
- Associate degree or greater preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Sitetracker or other Salesforce platforms.
- Experience with forecasting large scale projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of FTTH standards and best practices is a must for this role.
