Job Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Project Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- US valid ID and eligible to work in the USA
- Preferred Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with remote project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
